You've got here, which is a great start.
The first thing we need you to do is get registered on Teamo
The easiest way to do this is to follow the guides below - depending on your position within the club (a playing parent meaning someone who plays and is a parent of an u18 player)
All u18 accounts must be completed by an appropriate guardian/parent - this gives you visibility of all communications sent to your junior
As part of this you'll be asked to select a membership - pick the appropriate one and set up way to pay. It is better for us if you use gocardless but card payments are supported through stripe too.
You may , throughout the season need to click pay for various things and they will all be pushed to your account on Teamo. It does work slightly different to Cubbuzz in that you have to pay each item rather than monthly. But it gives a better level of transparency to you.
I strongly recommend downloading the Phone APP for Teamo as its a very convenient way of storing everything in one place. Selection, availabilities, match reports etc, all go through Teamo.
If you have any issues please feel free to email the website officer on this email or click his portrait below
We will close the direct debit mandate with club buzz in a month or so - which should close all the members mandates too.
We need to keep it open for now as summer hockey and fitness will still be charged through clubbuzz
If you owe money otherwise, the treasurer will contact you.
All those playing senior hockey (Mens/Ladies sections - including those Over 13) are required to be registered on GMS this season as all league registrations are tracked there
About 80% of the club achieved this last season, so it should only affect a small percentage
All you need to do is go to https://gms.englandhockey.co.uk/ and click register - it should be fairy straightforward
Failing to do so will make you ineligible for league games
At the start of 2022 summer, we went through an enforced 'upgrade' of clubbuzz.
This turned clubbuzz from a very functional, if quite dated site, to a good looking, but less functional site - we hit a lot of issues with the background side of things that would have led to Management team members having a LOT more admin to complete, particularly on the financial side
The management team agreed to a move to a new site and after some investigations we chose Teamo.
Teamo has a lot of great points on top of being functional and good looking, including improved welfare features etc, but you'll find out those in time I'm sure.
