2nd game of the season for the 2s, away at bourn deeping who have been freshly promoted.
The first half showed promising plays from both teams but with Ives scoring first off a short corner thanks to the whit of Charlie and the finish of McKenna.
The second half started after Jack B forgot his stick in the huddle trying to make sure his Nan wasnt lost in Bourn Deeping, this was followed up by a phone call, (she found the pitch for those who care)
Unfortunately for Ives, Deeping found form and quickly put away 2 goals thanks to a flick due to Pete’s dodgy defending. Jack B then sealed the DOD by falling over in the middle of the pitch. A 3rd was slipped past us and we were on the back foot, with the rain coming down we got back into stride and scored another team goal thanks to Jack B, to no avail as the game was over shortly after.
